NovaVision™ Secure Data Transfer Portal
Welcome. This portal is made available to you for secure, electronic transfer of data files to NovaVision. You can access this private portal with a unique username and password that gives you access to upload your files to the site.
Please read the brief “How to Upload” steps below before clicking on the transfer link. If you have any questions, please contact NovaVision Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm Eastern time at 888.205.0800 or clientservices@novavision.com.
How to Upload and Transfer Data
1. Click the website link above to go to the transfer page.
(If a “Security Alert” message appears when you click on the link, click “Yes” to confirm that you are going to a secure site.)
2. Enter your username and password in the log-in box, and then click “OK.”
3. Click the “Browse” button next to the “Upload a file to current folder”
4. Locate the file to upload, click on the file name, and then click “Open.”
5. The file name will appear in the white box to the “Browse” button. Click the “Upload” button to upload the file to the data transfer portal.
6. The file name will appear below the Upload section, with the most recent files located at the bottom of the list.
Note: The date and time that appear are the date and time the file was uploaded to the site.
